2022 WFLC Fall Meeting
The 2022 Western Forestry Leadership Coalition (WFLC) Fall Meeting will take place in Santa Fe, New Mexico, from Wednesday, November 16 at 1:00 p.m. to Thursday, November 17 at 4:00 p.m.
The CWSF Meeting will take place immediately before the WFLC meeting; from Tuesday, November 15 at 8:00 a.m. to Wednesday, November 16 at 11:30 a.m. USDA Forest Service western Regional Foresters, Research Station Directors, and State and Private Forestry Directors will meet for a federal caucus; and State and Private Forestry Director, and other USDA Forest Service focused meetings will take place concurrent to the CWSF meeting; from Tuesday, November 15 at 8:00 a.m. to Wednesday, November 16 at 11:30 a.m.
Who Attends: The WFLC Meeting includes western State Foresters, USDA Forest Service WFLC Members, and invited partners. The CWSF Meeting includes western State Foresters and invited partners.
Location: The meetings will take place in Santa Fe, New Mexico, at the Hotel Santa Fe. Registration: Early bird registration is $435 - register by September 9 for this rate. Regular registration is $495 - register between September 10 and October 28 for this rate. Late registration is $575 - those registering on or after October 29 will pay this rate. The registration rate includes catering for all three days (breakfast, coffee/tea breaks, afternoon snacks, and lunches), meeting attendance, and registration processing fees.
WFLC USDA Forest Service participants: please do not pay the above fees; instead, register under the $0 USDA Forest Service Option by October 28, 2022. The USDA Forest Service option includes western Regional Foresters, western Research Station Directors, the Forest Products Laboratory Director, and western State and Private Forestry Directors.

Cancellations: Cancellations of the total registration amount (minus the processing fees) will be possible until October 28. After that, someone may be substituted to take your place, but cancellations cannot be processed.
Lodging: Hotel reservations can be made by contacting the Hotel Santa Fe Reservations Department via telephone at 877-259-3409 or by email. The room rate per night is $133.00, plus taxes. Please reference the CWSF & WFLC Fall Meeting when making reservations. The room block will end on October 7, 2022. After this date, reservations cannot be guaranteed, and discounted room rates may no longer be available. Check-in time is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is at noon. Requests for late check-outs or extended stays will be subject to availability. There will be a charge of one night's room and tax for all early departures. All reservation dates must be confirmed upon check-in.
Attire: Business casual. There will not be a field tour at this year's meeting; field attire is unnecessary.
