The membership of the Western Forestry Leadership Coalition is comprised of state and territorial forester members of the Council of Western State Foresters (CWSF), as well as representation from the USDA Forest Service.

The WFLC membership includes: 23 CWSF members (17 western State Foresters and six foresters from U.S.-Affiliated Pacific Islands) and Forest Service leaders from across the West. The western State, Private, and Tribal Forestry Directors also participate in WFLC meetings and are listed here for reference.
