Session Overview

This learning session will focus on the financial management elements pertaining to the Good Neighbor Authority (GNA). State forestry agency and USDA Forest Service (Forest Service) representatives will share an overview of the requirements for GNA financial plans and associated reporting, explore possible variances in financial plans and when and why to modify them, and discuss state and federal agency staff responsibilities.

Audience

Western state forestry agency, Forest Service, and BLM representatives with GNA responsibilities are invited to register for this learning series. GNA responsibilities may involve strategic development of the Authority within the state or federal agency, decision-making capacity for agreements and projects, financial management duties, and designing GNA agreements and projects. Western Forestry Leadership Coalition (WFLC) members are also invited to attend.

For non-state or federal agency individuals interested in participating, please contact Kelsey Delaney.
